6.6 Closing the Device

CAUTION!
ESD-sensitive components
To prevent damage to ESD-sensitive components, an ESD-protected environment must be set up.
WARNING!
Carry out final tasks.
To finish the task, the following step must be carried out in order to ensure error-free use.
n Carrying out the inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
1 Connect flat cables [8] at the LED foil and secure the connectors.

CAUTION!
Make sure to connect the correct flat cable [7] on its position.
2 Reconnect all plugs [1 … 7] at sensor PCB.
Sensor panel connections
3 Attach the grounding conductor [2] using a torque wrench, with a
force of 1 Nm. Do not use Loctite!
Connect the grounding conductor
CAUTION!
Replace the sensor panel sealing [1] each time the device is opened.
▶ Use a torque of 3 Nm (26.5 lbf-in).
