5.3.10 IPC Function Test
Requirements
Service training part 2
The IPC function test is necessary to check the right mounting of the disassembled parts e.g.,
n HMI PCB
n Power supply fan
n LED foil
n Display / touch screen
n Backlight inverter
n Speaker
1 Connect the four flat cables of CARDIOHELP to the HMI tester.
HMI tester
▶ X13 (Power for sensor PCB) to X1 of HMI tester.
▶ X11 (Connection sensor PCB) to X2 of HMI tester.
▶ X1 (LED foil (segment 1-12)) to X3 of HMI tester
for LED foil check.
▶ X3 (LED foil (segment 13-25)) to X4 of HMI tester
for LED foil check.
2 Connect the HMI tester cables to the CARDIOHELP front
connections.

3 Connect the DC distributor box to the CARDIOHELP.
4 Connect the DC distributor box [1] to the external power supply.
