6.12.1 Replacement of Heat Sink Sealing
1 Unscrew the hex nuts [2] of the left heat sink [1].

2 Remove the left heat sink.
3 Remove the sealings on both sides of the heat sink and clean the heat sink with isopropanol.
4 Stick the new sealings on the heat sink.
5 Reassemble and fix the left heat sink with a torque of 1 Nm and Loctite 270.
6 Unscrew the hex nuts [4] of the right heat sink [5].

7 Remove the right heat sink [5].
8 Remove the sealings from the heat sink at both sides and clean the heat sink with isopropanol.
9 Stick the new sealings on the heat sink.
10 Reassemble and fix the right heat sink with a torque of 1 Nm and Loctite 270.
11 Assemble the backlight inverter (⇨ "Assemble the Backlight Inverter", page 119).
12 Assemble the battery housing (⇨ "Assemble Battery Housing", page 117).
6.12.2 Replacement of Sensor Panel Sealing
1 Remove the senor panel sealing [3].

2 Clean the sealing surface with isopropanol.
3 Attach the new sensor panel sealing with the scotch layer to the housing frame.
NOTE
Pay attention to the right position of the screw holes.
4 Close the device (⇨ "Closing the Device", page 110).
5 Carry out a complete inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
u Gasket sealing replaced.
u Inspection after repair has been carried out.
