CAUTION!
Do not use any pointed objects for cleaning.
Make sure that the rotary knob is dry.
5 Fit the rotary knob with a gap of 1.0 mm parallel to the display foil.
6 Pull hex nut with a torque of 1.4 Nm.
7 Fit the rotary knob cover.
8 Check the function of the rotary knob.
▶ The rotary knob must not touch the controls foil.
9 Carry out a complete inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
u Rotary knob cleaned.
u Inspection after repair has been carried out.

Eliminate safety risks!
Disconnect the CARDIOHELP from the external power supply before carrying out maintenance work.
CAUTION!
When changing the batteries, both batteries must always be changed.
1 Disconnect the CARDIOHELP from the external power supply.
2 Turn the CARDIOHELP upside down.
Battery cover
3 Loosen the screws (M6x12) of the battery cover.
4 Remove the battery cover and loosen the grounding conductor.
