1 General Information
The aim of this Service Manual is to describe the CARDIOHELP system and provide the information
required for maintenance.
Before carrying out any maintenance, carefully read the Instructions for Use and the Service Manual.

1.2 Software Versions
The description of the following instructions are based on the following software versions.
n CARDIOHELP software version 3.4.6.0 or higher
n Service Tool Software version 2.00.00.0

Make sure to use the newest Service tool software for maintenance work.

1.3.1 Definition of Paragraph Formats
Individual paragraph formats and their meanings are explained below.
1 Actions to be carried out are numerically marked.
▶ Notes or additional information for actions or lists.
▶ Explanatory notes or results display for actions.
u Decision to be made by the service technician and the previous actions to be recorded in the service
protocol.
All paragraphs beginning with a hash symbol must be adopted into the service protocol.
