5.4 Installation of the Service Tool Software
System requirements
Laptop with Windows 7 (⇨ "Service Equipment", page 14).
1 Click on the file serviceToolSetup.msi

2 Click on the [Next] button.
▶ The “Select installation folder” screen is displayed.

3 Click on the [Next] button.
▶ The “CARDIOHELP Service Tool is being installed” screen is displayed.
4 Click on the [Next] button.
▶ The “Installation finished” screen is displayed.

5 Click on the [Close] button.
▶ CARDIOHELP Service Tool icon is present on the desktop.

5.5 Installing CARDIOHELP Hardware
5.5.1 Installing at Windows XP
At the first USB connection between the CARDIOHELP and the laptop, the CARDIOHELP hardware must
be installed on the laptop.
NOTE
Perform the installation of the CARDIOHELP hardware on every available USB connection of your laptop.
The installation of the CARDIOHELP hardware is only valid for the appropriate USB connection.
