Adjustment

Rotate the propeller shaft and move the shift lever
to NEUTRAL.
Loosen both shift
lever screws.

Move the shift actuator cam back and forth until
the neutral shift lockout lever centers
in
the notch
of shift actuator cam.

Tighten the shift lever screws and torque 60 to 84
in.
Ibs.
(7 to 9 N·m).

p.
178 to adjust the neutral start switch.

shift
handle.
