7. Troubleshooting
If the STATUS Button on the Operator Panel Lights Up
or Flashes
If any problem occurs in this machine, the (STATUS) button lights up or flashes. Press
the (STATUS) button, and check the problem status.

Press the (STATUS) button on the operator panel.

Select [System Status] or [Device Information] and press the button.

Select an item.
If the message, "Communication Error" is displayed, problems have occurred in the fax
communication. See "Fax Error Codes" for remedy.
