Report Mode Screen
On the SAP-6600 & SAP-4800II terminals, touch the REPORT icon on the main menu screen to access,
view and print the available register reports without clearing the totals. On the SAP-630 & SAP-530
terminals, the report mode is accessed by turning the mode key to the X-position.
When the Report Mode is selected, a grid of six quick view summary reports displays for managers to quickly see
selected report information. Refer to “Summary Reports” in the “REPORTS” section on page 160 for details about
using the Summary Reporting.
Cash Declaration is also provided in the Report Mode as well as a calendar view for sales data. Refer to “Detailed
Reports” in the “REPORTS” section on page 163 for details about the reports available in X-Mode Detailed
reporting.
To access the detailed reports such as a Financial, Group or Clerk reports, touch the ‘REPORT MODE ’
selection dropdown menu. Refer to the “Detailed Reports” chapter on page 163 for information regarding the
detailed reports.
