Programmable keys
You can assign a series of functions for the phone to programmable Feature
keys on the device or on the OpenScape Key Module 600 to suit your require-
ments.
If you have not connected a OpenScape Key Module 600, you can use the Fa-
vourites menu to program frequently used functions. To find out how to program
Feature keys in this menu, refer to
 page 59.
The CP700/700X comes with 6 illuminated, free programmable keys perma-
nently displayed on the left panel of the display and additionally 6 keys in the Fa-
vourites menu, all of which can be programmed on two separate levels.
TheOpenScape Key Module 600 comes with twelve Feature keys, all of which
can be programmed on two separate levels  page 59. You can toggle between
the key levels using the two level keys. The Feature keys can also be pro-
grammed via the Web interface  page 238.
