Rollover for a line
Only the relevant line key flashes.

You hear a special advisory tone and the corresponding line key flashes.

The ringer melody set sounds briefly (approx. 3 seconds) via the loudspeaker
and the corresponding line key flashes.

You hear a short notification tone.
The phone rings. The corresponding line key flashes and the available informa-
tion is shown on the display.
Switching between different multiuser
accounts
A phone configured with multiple lines will select the primary line of the device
for any type of actions. You can change the primary line easily and perform ac-
tions via a different line in two ways.
Prerequisite: The secondary line is configured with shared type private.
Press the line key next to the desired line twice when it is idle. This will make the
line the temporary primary line for any type of actions.
or
Hold the line key next to the desired line pressed for a few seconds. This will
make the line the temporary primary line for any type of actions.
The label of the current temporary line is shown on the main menu screen. If no
label is configured for a secondary line key, the phone will instead display the
secondary line’s number.
