Incoming calls
The telephone rings if the ringtone is active. The Notification-LED also flashes.
If transmitted, calling party information (name, phone number) appears in the
status bar and in the information section on the central part of the display.
Answering a call via the handset
The phone rings. The caller is displayed. The Notification-LED flashes.
^ Lift the handset.

Answering a call via the loudspeaker (speakerphone
mode)
The phone rings. The caller is displayed. The Notification-LED flashes.
Press the Softkey.

: Press the key shown. The key lights up. The speakerphone function is activated.

Any settings you are currently making on the phone will be interrupted by
an incoming call. You can use the @ key at any time to return to the point
in the menu structure where you were interrupted, unless the time for the
password has expired.

If you have set a pattern melody  page 174 or a ringer  page 173 on
your phone, it is possible that your administrator may have preset a differ-
ent ringer depending on the call type (e.g. an external or internal call).
