5. Select the following options as needed:
• RReeffrreesshh: Displays the updated information.
• LLiisstt: Lists the files that are stored in the folder. Additional file information, such as date stored and number
of pages, is listed.
• TThhuummbbnnaaiill: Displays the images and names of the files stored in the folder.
• SSeelleecctt AAllll FFiilleess: Select or deselect all of the files in the folder.
• RReevviieeww: Displays the settings for the selected file.
• DDeelleettee: Delete the selected files in the folder.
• CCooppyy // MMoovvee: Preview and check details for the selected file and copy or move the file to another folder.
• EEddiitt PPaaggeess: Insert a file or separator pages.
• MMeerrggee // BBaattcchh PPrriinntt: Merge multiple files in the folder, then batch-print the files.
• CChhaannggee SSeettttiinnggss // PPrriinntt: Change the file settings before you print the files.
Deleting Files
1. At the control panel, press the SSeerrvviicceess HHoommee button.
2. Touch SSeenndd ffrroomm FFoollddeerr.
3. Select the CCooppyy && PPrriinntt JJoobbss tab. From the list, select a folder.
4. Select a file, then touch DDeelleettee.
5. To confirm the deletion, touch DDeelleettee.
Copying and Moving Files Between Folders
1. At the control panel, press the SSeerrvviicceess HHoommee button.
2. Touch SSeenndd ffrroomm FFoollddeerr.
3. Select the CCooppyy && PPrriinntt JJoobbss tab. From the list, select a folder.
4. Select a file, then touch CCooppyy // MMoovvee.
5. Select an option:
• WWhhoollee PPaaggee: Select whether to display the whole page or to enlarge the image by 200%.
• RRoottaattiioonn: Select an angle from which to preview the image: RRiigghhtt 9900 ddeeggrreeeess, LLeefftt 9900 ddeeggrreeeess, or 118800
ddeeggrreeeess.
• CChhaannggee FFiillee NNaammee: Change the file name.
• AAppppllyy TToo: To preview a specific page on the screen, use the Plus (++) and Minus (--) buttons or type the page
number on the numeric keypad.
• CCooppyy: Copy files from one folder to another folder.
• MMoovvee: Move files from one folder to another folder.
