Check Before Starting
1. If your machine is equipped with the battery disconnect
switch, check that the switch is in the ON position.
2. Lower armrest (1) fully to the operating position until it is
locked. Hold support bar (2) when moving armrest.
3. The joystick steering system is automatically turned on,
and indicator lamp (3) on the monitor display turns on.
4. Check that forward/reverse switch (4) is in the neutral (N)
position.

NOTE: Unless forward/reverse switch (4) is in neutral (N), the
engine will not start.
