4.4 Driven disc, drive disc
(HRD535 Q /K1 Q ~ 8106639 - HRA536)
a. Disassembly / Reassembly
CAUTION:
•
Do not turn the mower upside down.
1. Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug cap.
2. Move the throttle lever to “STOP” position (HRD535 Q), and turn the fuel shut-off valve
(HRA536 - HRD535K1), drain the carburetor.
3. Tilt the mower so the carburetor side up.
[1] WOODRUFF KEY
REASSEMBLY: Insert the key into the crankshaft key way.
[2] DRIVE DISC
[3] DRIVEN DISC
INSPECTION: ch. 4.4b
[4] WASHER, 10 mm
[5] BLADE HOLDER SCREW
DISASSEMBLY / REASSEMBLY: Loosen or tighten the blade holder screw with
holding the Rotostop lever.
TIGHTNING TORQUE: 55 N.m
[6] BLADE HOLDER
[7] BLADE
INSPECTION: ch. 3.12
SHARPENING: ch. 4.6
[8] BLADE SCREW (2)
DISASSEMBLY / REASSEMBLY: Using a wood block to prevent from turning.
TIGHTNING TORQUE: 55 N.m
[9] LOCK WASHER (2)
REASSEMBLY: Install the lock washer with “OUT” mark facing out.
