5. ENGINE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
5.1 Engine removal
1. Drain the petrol from the carburetor and fuel tank into an approved container.
Petrol is highly flammable and explosive. If ignited, petrol can burn you severely.
When draining petrol:
- Drain petrol into an approved container.
- Keep sparks and flames away, and do not smoke.
- Wipe up spills immediately.
2. Drain the engine oil (ch. 3.1).
3. Remove the blade and Rotostop (ch. 4).
4. Loosen the throttle cable holder screw and disconnect the throttle cable from the
control arm.
5. HRD535/K1/K2 - HRD536/K1/K2
Remove the6x32mmflange screw and 6 mm washer, and remove the 10 x 53 mm
collar and drive cover.
5. HRA536
Remove the two clips and remove the drive cover.
6. Remove the two flange screws and the Rotostop cable stay.
