11.2 Drive shaft / Governor
a. Disassembly / Reassembly
[1] GOVERNOR HOLDER SHAFT
REASSEMBLY: Align the shaft groove with the lug in the oil pan.
[2] SCREW,6x12mm
[3] GOVERNOR HOLDER SHAFT PLATE
[4] GOVERNOR WEIGHT (2)
REASSEMBLY: Check that the weight opens smoothly.
Before installing, check for gear wear or damage.

[6] PLAIN WASHER (2)
[7] GOVERNOR WEIGHT HOLDER
REASSEMBLY: Before installing, check for gear wear or damage.
[8] PLAIN WASHER
[9] LOCK PIN

OIL RETURN PIPE (HRD535/K1/K2)

OIL RETURN RUBBER (HRA536 - HRD536/K1/K2 only)

OIL SEAL, 12 x 20x6mm
Apply to the lip of the oil seal.
[13] DRIVE SHAFT
[14] THRUST WASHER
[15] DRIVEN GEAR
[16] GROOVE
[17] GOVERNOR SLIDER
REASSEMBLY: After opening the governor weight to both sides, insert the slider onto
the shaft.
After installing, confirm that the slider moves smoothly.
[18] SNAP RING
REASSEMBLY: Insert firmly into the shaft groove.
