No Yes

19. Is the Power Ready light on continuously?
Note: The Power Ready light blinks at a 1 second rate during a normal
power-on sequence. It should not blink for more than 1 minute.
No Yes
↓ Go to step 21 of this procedure.
20. Perform the following:
a. d. Disconnect the mainline AC power cable from the customer’s AC power
outlet.
b. Exchange one of the following FRUs:
v SPCN card (TWRCARD)
v AC module (ACMODUL) or Battery Charger unit (BATCHGR)
v System unit control panel card (CTLPNL)
c. Reconnect the mainline AC power cable to the power outlet.
d. Attempt to power on the system.
e. If the system powers on, the FRU you exchanged is the failing item.
If the system does not power on, repeat steps 20a through 20e of this
procedure and exchange the next FRU in the list. If the system does not power
on after exchanging all the FRUs in the list, ask your next level of support for
assistance.
This ends the procedure.
21. Is there more than one frame on the system?
Yes No

22. Do all of the frames on the system become powered on?
Yes No
↓ Go to “Cannot Power On Secondary Frame or Unit (No SRC)”.

23. Continue the IPL. Does the IPL complete successfully?
No Yes
