If the problem is not resolved after exchanging the FRUs listed, exchange the
tower card (see TWRCARD) if it was not previously exchanged.

↓ Re-IPL the entire system to restore resources.
If 00AC SRC prevails after the IPL, then return here and continue with
the next step.
9. The failing AC module is on a secondary expansion unit or base I/O unit.
