DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING
(1) Carburetor
Float Chamber, Main Jet and Main Nozzle
1. Unscrew the float chamber mounting screw (5),
and remove the float chamber (3).
2. Unscrew the main jet (2).
3. Unscrew the main nozzle (1).
(When reassembling)
• Clean the parts with compressed air before
reassembling the parts.

Ring, Float and Needle Valve
1. Remove the ring (5).
2. Remove the spring (2), and pull out the float pin
(1 ).
3. Remove the float (4) and needle valve (3).
(When reassembling)
• Clean
the parts and air passages inside the
carburetor body with compressed air before
reassembling the parts.
