5.2 MOWER BLADE CLUTCH AND BLADE

Clearanc.e between Blade and Cutter Housing
1. Turn the machine sideways with the muffler side
upward.
2. Measure the clearance (L) between the blade and
cutter housing.
3. If the measurement is not within the factory
specifications, repair or replace the blade.

Cutting Height
1. Place the machine on the level ground.
2. Set the front and rear adjusting lever at the same
position.
3. Measure the distance (L) between the cutter
housing and ground at loacations A and B.
4. If the difference between A and B exceeds the
allowable limit, check and repair the wheels.
