Diagnostics: Ping Page
Clicking Ping from one of the Diagnostics pages displays the Diagnostics: Ping page.
This page lets you ping a remote device or computer to determine whether a specific IP
address is accessible. It works by sending a packet to the specified address and waiting
for a reply.

Ping Page
Settings
Description
Host Enter the IP address you want the EDS4100 to ping.
Count Enter the number of ping packets that the EDS4100 should try to send to
the Host. Default is 3.
Timeout Enter the maximum number of seconds that the EDS4100 should wait for
a response from the host before timing out. Default is 5 seconds.
