Description
show memory
Prompt displays:
This command will affect the performance of
tunneling. Continue (yes/no)?
Reply yes. The system displays the following information in both
the main heap and internal buffer heap: Total memory, available
memory, number of fragments, and allocated blocks.
show eds4100
Displays the EDS4100’s system information.
write
Stores and applies the current configuration into permanent
memory.
DVT
DVT commands in this level affect the performance of the system. If tunneling is active,
characters may be lost.
DVT Command Description
dvt all
<hardware id>
<host> <port>
Configure non-destructive DVT.
<hardware id> = hardware ID.
<host> = host name
<port> = port number.
dvt eeprom
Configures non-destructive DVT of Electrically-Erasable
Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). EEPROM is a
non-volatile storage chip used in computers and other devices.
dvt ethernet
<host> <port>
Configures non-destructive DVT for the Ethernet interface.
<host> = host name.
<port> = port number.
dvt hardware id
<hardware id>
Configures the DVT hardware ID.
<hardware id> = ID of the DVT hardware.
dvt line <line>
Configures nondestructive DVT of a specific line (serial port).
<line> = line (serial port) to be configured.
dvt line all
Configures nondestructive DVT for all lines (i.e., serial ports).
dvt ram
Sets nondestructive DVT of RAM.
exit
Exits the EVT menu and return to the Device menu.
