4-4 Memory Link Online Transfer Function
The memory link online transfer function is used to write screen data from the
host to the PT. Screen data can be written with the memory link online transfer
function only when the memory link is being used.
This section provides an overview of the memory link online transfer function.
4-4-1 Online Transfer Processes
The following processing can be performed with the memory link online transfer
function.
1, 2, 3... 1. Switch the PT from RUN mode to transfer mode from the host.
a) Operating with
memory link
b) PT operating
mode switch command
Example: [ESC] MC000 [CR]
c) Transmit mode
PT Host
Don’t touch the Touch Panel.
<TRANSMIT MODE>
Quit
MENU SET MON.
2. Write screen data to the PT from the host.
Transfer screen data.

Quit

Don’t touch the Touch Panel.
Reference: Do not touch the touch panel while screen data is being transferred by the
memory link online transfer function. (Do not press the Exit touch switch either.)
3. Switch the PT to RUN mode and start operation.
a) Data transfer completed
