ROLL STAND
The Roll Stand Accessory is used for mounting the iVent
TM
201 ventilator, in which
a standard mounting bracket is installed.
This Roll Stand is compatible with the iVent
TM
201 ventilator “grey” and with the
iVent
TM
201 ventilator “yellow”.
NOTE The iVent
TM
201 MRI Roll Stand is an MR conditional accessory which poses
no known hazards in a specified MR environment with specified conditions
of use as per F 2503-05.
MOUNTING THE IVENT
TM
201 ON THE ROLL STAND
WARNING Make sure that the patient is not connected to the ventilator and that the
device is in Standby mode, or shut down.
1. Verify that the standard Transport Mounting Plate M1169908 (Figure 198
(1.1A)) or a Plate Cart Adapter M1161827 (Figure 198(1.1B)) is connected to
the ventilator
2. Lock all roll stand casters using the casters’ breaks.
3. Pull the locking pin and hold it while sliding the iVent
TM
201 with the Transport
Mounting Plate into place.
4. Release the locking pin and verify that the mounting plate is locked to the
mounting bracket, and the locking pin is placed inside the hole.
WARNING Slide the device carefully! When the locking pin is pulled, the device may
slide out all the way without stopping.
5. Tighten the mounting bracket screws to lock the transport mounting plate
