6-12 Instruments and warning lamps
3.3 Outside air temperature <vehicles with
fully automatic air conditioner>
If you select the outside air temperature mode by
pressing the MODE switch , the outside air tem-
perature around the front of the cab is indicated.
NOTE:
As the temperature is sensed at the outside air inlet
on the cab, the indicated temperature may differ
from the actual outside air temperature under cer-
tain traffic or air conditioner operating conditions.
The following selections and settings are possi-
ble for the outside air temperature mode:
Selecting the unit of temperature display
between degree Fahrenheit (°F) and degree
Celsius (°C)
Selecting the bottom-left display on the
screen between temperature and time
Setting an alarm when the outside air tem-
perature falls below a preset temperature
Selections and settings in outside air tem-
perature mode
