ing precautions:

The fuel tank ller cap (1) is located at the front left-hand
side of the operator’s platform of the tractor.
NOTICE: Before removing the cap, wipe all dust and dirt
from around the cap to prevent debris from falling into the
tank while lling.
There is a strainer (2) located inside the fuel tank neck.
Clean strainer periodically. Only dispense fuel into the
tank with the strainer installed.
Use an approved fuel container and check the inside of
the container periodically for cleanliness. Fuel tank ca-
pacity see 7-11.
NOTE: The fuel cap is a vented-type. Use only an ap-
proved NEW HOLLAND replacement cap to prevent fuel
system-related problems.
If there is no lter on the storage tank or fuel container,
lter the fuel through a 100-mesh or ner screen when ll-
ing the tractor fuel tank. Keep the tractor tank as full as
possible (without lling to capacity) to minimize conden-
sation.
NOTE: It is a good practice to ll the fuel tank at the end
of each day, as this will reduce overnight condensation.
