Digital Operator
This section describes the displays and functions of the Digital Operator.

The names and functions of the Digital Operator Keys are described in Table 3.1.

Key Name Function
LOCAL/REMOTE Key
Switches between operation via the Digital Operator (LOCAL) and
control circuit terminal operation (REMOTE).
This key can be enabled or disabled by setting parameter o2-01.
MENU Key Selects modes.
ESC Key Returns to the status before the DATA/ENTER key was pressed.
Drive Status Indicators
FWD: Lights up when a forward run command is
input.
REV: Lights up when a reverse run command is
input.
SEQ: Lights up when any other run command
source than the digital operator is selected
REF: Lights up when any other frequency reference
source than the digital operator is selected
ALARM: Lights up when an fault or alarm has occurred.
Data Display
Displays monitor data, parameter numbers,
and settings.
Mode Display (displayed at the upper left of data display)
DRIVE: Lights up in Drive Mode.
QUICK: Lights up in Quick Programming Mode.
ADV: Lights up in Advanced Programming Mode.
VERIFY:Lights up in Verify Mode.
A. TUNE:Lights up in Autotuning Mode.
Keys
Execute operations such as setting
parameters, monitoring, jogging, and
autotuning.
