INSTALL PI LOT INJECTION (PIJ) ACTUATOR
(a) Install a new O-ring to the PIJ actuator.
(b) Using the PIJ socket, install the PIJ actuator.
Part No.
95096-10380 (NIPPONDENSO)
Torque:
900 kgcm (65 ft-lb,
88 Nm)
NOTICE:
Check that the PIJ actuator and injection are
clean and free of foreign material.

ASSEMBLE BOOST COMPENSATOR
lnstall No. 2 overflow screw
Install the
No..2 overflow screw and cover.
Install control
lever
(a)
Insert the connecting pin into the governor cover.
(b)
Using
a 4 mrn hexagonal wrench, install the plug with
a new gasket.
(c)
Using a small screwdriver, install the control lever
with the support pin.
