25.1 Basic Configuration of Serial Programming
Connection
The MB95630H Series supports Flash memory serial on-board programming.
This section describes the configuration.
■ Basic Configuration of Serial Programming Connection
The BGM adaptor MB2146-07-E or MB2146-08-E, manufactured by Fujitsu Semiconductor
Limited, is used for serial onboard programming.
Figure 25.1-1 shows the basic configuration of serial programming connection.

The UART clock is supplied from the main CR clock.

The DBG pin provides 1-line UART communication with the programmer.
