If the global blacklist function is enabled, the blacklist function is enabled on all interfaces.
If the global blacklist function is disabled, you must use this command to enable the blacklist function on
individual interfaces.

# Enable the blacklist function on interface GigabitEthernet 2/1/1.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface gigabitethernet 2/1/1
[Sysname-GigabitEthernet2/1/1]blacklist enable
