Seven LEDs are mounted on the Z-servo amplifier. The status indication by each LED is shown as
follows.

Operation
Lights up when any electric charge exists in the main circuit.
Shows the status of axis No. 1.
For details about the status expressed by the combination of LED1
and LED4, see the Table below.
3 LED4 Red
Shows the status of axis No. 2.
For details about the status expressed by the combination of LED2
and LED5, see the Table below.
5 LED5 Red
Shows the status of axis No. 3.
