11) Update the C-drive of the coplanarity CPU board.
Run the command prompt and input “ewfmgr_C:_-commit (_ shows a space.)”.
Press the Enter key.
Shut down the coplanarity CPU board from the [Start] menu.
At this time, do not turn OFF the power to the main unit.
DANGER
The C-
drive of the coplanarity CPU board is not updated unless
the coplanarity CPU board is shut down. At this time, be sure to
shut down from the [Start] menu.
However, do not turn OFF the power to the main unit since the
mounter software is running.
12) Change the change-over switch on the coplanarity monitor change board (40097434) in the
direction indicated by an arrow.
