User interface
Touchscreen
The user interface of the scanner is a touchscreen, on which users can select options by
touching the screen.
Main screen
The main screen gives an overview and detailed information on the status of the scanner. On
the main screen users can unlock the store door to access the store, check the scanning process
and assign priority to racks. On the Pathology Scanner SG60 and SG300 models, users can
change the scan order of the racks.
The main screen is divided in four parts:
• Top: top bar (1)
• Left: store (2)
• Center: selected rack (3)
• Right: selected slide (4)

When you select a rack in the store (2) on the main screen, an overview of the slides in that
rack is displayed in the Selected rack (3). When you select one of the slides in the rack (3) on
the main screen, you will see a preview of that slide in the Selected slide (4). The progress bar
below the preview shows the scan progress of the slide being scanned.
