Troubleshooting
Introduction
In the case of a system error or workflow error, a beep signal will be audible and a popup
screen on the user interface indicating the error will be shown. Most problems with the scanner
can be solved quickly by following the on-screen instructions given on the user interface.
Additional troubleshooting information described in these Instructions for Use will help you
minimize downtime of the scanner.
Please record scanner errors in an equipment log file, see chapter “Equipment log” on page
62.
If more information is necessary to solve a problem with your system, contact Philips for
support. Please fill out the problem investigation form (see chapter “Problem investigation
form” on page 61) with the available information and share the information with Philips.
