Administrator tasks
Manual calibration
Administrator authorization rights are necessary to manual calibrate the scanner. The
administrator users can start a manual calibration, if desired. Note that the scanner will
automatically calibrate and that manual calibration is not necessary.
►
Open the Settings screen.
► Select Maintenance.

► Select Calibrate to initiate a calibration manually.
► Select Calibrate in the pop-up window to confirm the calibration request.
⇨ The scanner will perform all required calibrations, this can take several minutes.
⇨ A calibration status message will be displayed.
NOTICE
A calibration request cannot be undone.
If the Calibrate button is selected again during calibration, this will only re-start the calibration
and will NOT result in stopping the calibration process.
► On the user interface, select Unlock door and open the store door.
► Close the store door.
⇨
Closing the doors confirms that the scanning process can continue.
