Troubleshooting approach
Recommended approach
For troubleshooting the following approach is recommended:
► Check the user interface for error messages.
If there is an error message, follow the on-screen instructions and/or see chapter “Error
messages” on page 64 to solve the error.
► Check the user interface for slides colored red with a cross. See chapter “Skipped slides” on
page 67 for recommendations on how to proceed.
► Check the user interface for slides colored yellow with an exclamation mark. See chapter
“Slides scanned with a warning” on page 68 for recommendations on how to proceed.
► If no error message and no yellow or red colored slides are shown on the user interface:
- define the error type in the table below.
- use the information from the corresponding section to solve the error.
