Select User management.
► Select the delete button if you want to remove a user name.
⇨ A screen appears to confirm that this user must be deleted from the list.
Select Yes to delete the user account.
Customize security settings
Administrator authorization rights are necessary to adjust the access policy and the automatic
log out time.
Philips recommends to use the access policy Controlled and the automatic logout setting
1 minute to implement access control, since these options offer maximum security.
► Open the Settings screen.
► Select User management.
► Adjust the automatic log off time according to your organizations' preference.

► Adjust the access policy according to your organizations' preference:
Log in procedure Explanation
Controlled User name and password are required to get access to the user interface.
Restricted A four digit PIN code is required to get access to the user interface.
Anonymous No authentication is required to get access to the user interface.
If Anonymous is selected, Philips recommends to implement access control to the
scanner room e.g. by means of a security door control system to prevent unwanted
access to the scanner.

CAUTION
If the access policy Anonymous is selected, user actions on the scanner are not traceable.
If the access policy Restricted is selected, user actions are recorded, however not
attributable to a specific person.
