Log file
Administrator authorization rights are necessary to view log files.
Open the Settings screen.
Select Scanner log.
The scanner log shows a list of failed events in chronological order, most recent error on
top.
Select All events to display all events in the event list.
The scanner log shows a list of logged events such as log in and log out of users, errors,
status of the scanner and scanner responses. Examples of logged events:
A user logged in
Rack inserted
Slide scanned succesfully
System on standby
Barcode not detected
Calibration failed
User actions are not logged when the access policy is set to Anonymous, see chapter
“Customize security settings” on page 48.
NOTICE
The scanner log shows the activities and events that have occurred in the last three months.
