► Place the skipped slide in an empty rack, see

racks in the store” on page 36.
► Make sure that the handler is positioned at the right
end and close the store door.

The scanner lost its connection
with the IMS.

Check the printer.
Note: For Data Matrix barcodes, a finder pattern is re-
quired. Two solid bars on the left and bottom side and
the dotted bars on the top and right side of the label
must be present. An incomplete, scratched or damaged
finder pattern (e.g. because the printer is not printing
well) will lead to an undetected barcode.
