2. Maintenance Points
1) Lubrication
a. Supplying the oil to the centralized oiling system tank
Before the oil level reaches the lower limit line, supply the oil through
the filter.
b. Supplying the oil to each section by using the centralized oiling system

Before starting the press, supply the oil to each section
by
using the
centralized oiling system.
Pull the centralized oiling pump lever (
1)
and release it after 2 to 3 seconds
to supply the oil. Repeat this 2 to 3 times.

Use the recommended
oil.
Do not use the used oil
or
oil with special
additives.
2.
The specific gravity
and
viscosity
of
the oil for the centralized oiling
system
and
pump is lower than that
of
the manual lubrication oil.
When this oil is used for the manual lubrication, the lubrication
effect will be reduced prematurely. Therefore, only use this
oil
for
the centralized oiling system
and
pump.
