Engine oil level
1. Check:
●
Engine oil level
Above a → Check for diluted engine
oil and any water leaks.
Below b → Add engine oil so that the
level is between a and b .
Engine oil replacement
1. Remove:
●
Engine oil filler cap 1
●
Engine oil drain bolt 2
2. Remove:
●
Oil filter cartridge 3
3. Install:
●
Engine oil drain bolt
4. Install:
● Oil filter cartridge
NOTE:
● Lubricate the rubber seal with engine oil
and tighten the oil filter cartridge by hand.
● Then, tighten the oil filter cartridge to the
specified tightening torque with the oil fil-
ter wrench.
5. Add:
● Engine oil 4
(into the crankcase)
Oil filter wrench:
YU-38411/90890-01426

17.5 Nm (1.8 kg • m, 12.9 ft • lb)
Recommended engine oil:
API: SE, SF, SG, or SH
SAE: 10W-30, 10W-40, or 20W-40
Oil quantity:
with oil filter cartridge
1.9 L (2.01 US qt, 1.67 Imp qt)
without oil filter cartridge
1.7 L (1.80 US qt, 1.50 Imp qt)
