Replacement Procedures for the Laminator

Laminator / Printer Separation
This section describes how to separate the Laminator from the Printer.
Preparation
Step 1. Open the Print Cover.
Step 2. Open the Laminator Door.
Step 3. Remove the Feeder Cartridge.
Step 4. Open the Options Cover.
Step 5. Remove the Printer Back Cover (page 45).
Step 6. Remove the Laminator Back Cover (page 221).
Step 7. Remove the Ribbon Drawer (page 40).
Step 8. Remove the Belt and Gear Panel (page 64).
Removal
Step 1. Disconnect the three Printer/Laminator Cables.
a. Disconnect the AC Power cable at J8.

b. Disconnect the DC Power cable at J15.
c. Disconnect the Laminator Control cable at J14.
