AUTO PO SITION

The au to position function is activated.
• Regardless of the setting of LAMP MODE, the STANDARD lam p m ode is activated by default w heneve r the projector is turned
on. When LA MP MODE has been set to LOW, the lamp mode changes from STA NDARD to LOW about 2 m inutes after turn-on.
• When the am bient operating tem perature is high, the brightness of the lamp isn’t changed by switching the lamp mode.
• When the lamp m ode is switched, the projected image ma y flicker.
• Frequent switching of the lamp m ode may damage the lamp.
• When using the projector for a long time, set LAMP RELAY.
• While the lam ps are being warm ed up, an icon is displayed to the right of the INSTA LLATION 1 me nu bar. While the ic
on
is being displayed, you canno t set LAMP S ELE CT and LAMP RELAY. And an icon is d isplayed while the operating ambient
temperature is high. W hile the icon is b eing displayed, the lamp may not brighten even when you change the LAM P MODE to
STANDARD.
• After you switch the lamps and the newly selected lam p turns o n, you ca nnot turn off the projector for approx. 1 minute.

AUTO POW ER ON ON / OFF When ON is chosen, the projector is automatically turn on when the
power cord is plugged in the wall outlet. Choose ON when using the
projector mounted on the ceiling.
→ The projector is in the stand-by m ode when the lamp is o ff. Use the
remote control to turn on the lamp.
AUTO POW ER OFF OFF / 5m in-8hour When no video signal is input and no oper ation is m ade, the projector
automatically turns off after the selected time period. A dialog is
displayed 5 minutes before the p rojector turns off.
