CFM error conditions at maintenance level 3:

Level Maintenance level at which the error occurred.
Vlan VLAN on which the error occurred.
MPID Identifier of the MEP on which the error occurred.
Remote MAC The MAC address of the remote MEP on which the error
occurred.
Reason Explanation of why the error occurred.
Service ID Identifier of the customer affected by the error.
