USB Memory Error
Cannot Mount File System
Remove from USB Port
Remove the USB memory device and check if it is usable. Press the
button to
clear the message.
Contacting Service
When you call for printer service, be prepared to describe the problem you are experiencing or the
error message on the LCD panel.
You need to know the model of your printer and serial number. For the model name, see the label on
the rear cover of your printer. For the serial number, see the label under the black toner cartridge
installed in your printer.
