3) Set the marking position of the XY cable to the following location. X axis Cable Bear Match
the OPTICAL FIBER CABLE 7M and the marking of the air tube to the marking position of
the movable XY cable and fix.

4) Push the XY bare cable, OPTICAL FIBER CABLE 7M in ② direction. Make white marking
in the alignment direction of the bundle lines at the end position of the X cable bare. Pull the
bundle in the direction ① in the figure and make a white marking in the alignment direction
of the bundle lines at the end position of the X cable bare.
5) Adjust the cable position so that the center position between two markings is located at the
end of the X-cableveyor, and then secure the cables.

Adjust the marking on the tie-up bands fixing part.
Adjust the marking of fiber and air tube to
marking (black).
Make the adjustment so that the center position between two markings (white lines) of
the XY veyor-cables is located at the end of the cableveyor.
