[3] SEPARATING EACH BLOCK
(1) Clutch Housing Case
Steering Post Assembly [ROPS Model]
1. Refer to "(1) Separating Clutch Housing Case from
Transmission Case" at "N2. CLUTCH" section.
2. Remove the clamp (1) for PTO wire cable and hand accelerator
wire cable.
3. Remove the change lever bracket (2).
4. Disconnect the shuttle cable (5) and clutch cable (4) from the
shuttle valve (3).
5. Disconnect the brake pipes (6) both side from the transmission
case.
6. Remove the steering post as an assembly.
(When reassembling)
• Assemble the shuttle cable (5) and clutch cable (4) with a
retaining nuts at center of the thread.
• Check the engine start condition after assembling.

1. Refer to "[2] DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING" at "N10.
CABIN" section.

Separating Engine from Clutch Housing
1. Check the engine and clutch housing case are securely
mounted on the disassembling stands.
2. Remove the engine mounting screws and nuts.
3. Separate the engine from the clutch housing.
(When reassembling)
• Apply molybdenum disulphide (Three Bond 1901 or equivalent)
to the splines of damper disc boss.
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1141, 1211 or equivalent) to
joint face of the engine and clutch housing.
