(6) Using a flat screwdriver, release the two Hooks and the two Bosses, and remove
the ADF separation pad holder ASSY.
Note: Take care not to lose the ADF separation pad holder ASSY spring.

(1) Release the Hook and remove the CIS glass.
Note: When removing the CIS glass, take care not to stain it with dust or fingerprints. If
it is stained, wipe it off with a soft, dry cloth.
