3.3.1.1 STP Configuration
Global Settings Description
Description Factory Default
Spanning Tree Status
Specify the status of STP on the switch:
Disable: STP is disabled. The settings do not take effect after you
have applied them, but you still can configure STP.
Enable: STP is enabled. The settings take effect after you have
applied them.

Force Protocol Version
Specify the version of STP:
STP: Spanning Tree Protocol.
RSTP: Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol.
MSTP: Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol.

Configuration Name
Enter the STP identifier for the switch. You can configure
alphanumeric characters and special characters, and the maximum
length is 32.

Configuration Revision Level
Enter an identifier that specifies the current configuration. The
number must be in the range of 0 to 65535.

Forward BPDU while STP Disabled
Specify whether spanning tree bridge protocol data units (BPDUs)
are forwarded:
Disable: When STP is disabled, Spanning tree BPDUs are not
forwarded.
Enable: When STP is disabled, Spanning tree BPDUs are
forwarded.
